New Client Booking Form

Welcome to our online client booking form. Please provide your contact details and nominate your preferred time for our receptionist to call you. They will make contact within 48 business hours to confirm your details and referral needs.

Booking an appointment with a psychologist is different to other appointments you may book online. We will need to talk with you and gather further information before you attend the appointment. Your booking is subject to the psychologists availability and suitability for your needs. You may also want to consider when you would like to attend future appointments. Most psychological therapies take more than one session.

We do not accept referrals for people under 18 years of age.

When our receptionist calls, please ensure you have your credit card details at hand. Please be aware that we require pre-payment for your first appointment, and this is non-refundable.
