Mandy Lee

Mandy is a registered psychologist who is motivated and committed to working with clients from diverse groups across varied mental health presentations. Mandy has experience working with young people and adults in the assessment and treatment of mental health symptoms and disorders at community mental health services. These mental health presentations include anxiety, depression, and trauma.

Mandy has training in evidence-based therapies of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. She also has a special interest in the treatment of trauma using Cognitive Processing Therapy.

Mandy utilizes a biopsychosocial framework which considers biological, psychological, and sociocultural factors in assessment and formulation of a treatment plan with clients. Mandy has a therapeutic approach that the client is the expert of their experiences and journey, which contributes to a stronger shared understanding and therapeutic rapport with the client that results in better outcomes.
