Gladys has ten years of experience as a clinical psychologist working in mental health services and private practice. She has experience in treating a diverse range of mood and mental health problems including post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety and panic disorder, depression, emotion dysregulation, obsessive-compulsive disorder and adjustment difficulties.
Gladys is flexible and adaptive in her therapeutic work with individuals. She uses different therapies and techniques according to their needs.
Gladys is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and uses other effective therapies such as Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy. She has a particular interest in the treatment of trauma using Cognitive Processing Therapy.
