Summer will tailor therapy to individual needs, by drawing from evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. When working with people who have post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Summer uses Cognitive Processing Therapy.
